Terms & Conditions

In this policy, “us”, “we”, or “our” means Mt Buffalo Caravan Park, operators of this website.

These terms of use govern your use of and access to this website.

We may change part or all of the Terms at any time. The most current Terms will always be posted on the website. Your subsequent or continued use of this website will constitute your acceptance of any changes made to these terms. If you object to any of the terms in this document, or to any changes made to them, your only remedy is to immediately cease use of and access to this website.

Terms & Conditions & Refund Policy:

Bookings:

All bookings require a $50.00 non-refundable deposit at time of booking.

Cancellations:

All bookings incur a $50.00 cancellation fee.

Off peak: full payment due 7 days prior to arrival (no credits or refunds after 7 day period).

December/January School Holidays – balance due on 1st December (no credits or refunds after this date).

Easter / March – April School Holidays – balance due on by 1st March (no credits or refunds after this date).

Weekends:

Labour Day  – balance due on 1st February (no credits or refunds after this date)

Kings Birthday – balance due on 1st May (no credits or refunds after this date)

AFL Grand Final – balance due on 1st September (no credits or refunds after this date)

Cup Weekend – balance due on 1st October (no credits or refunds after this date)

Rod Run Weekend – balance due on 10th October (no credits or refunds after this date)

All bookings require a non-refundable $50.00 deposit to confirm your booking.

Refund Policy – There are no credits or refunds if you decide to leave early.  If you cancel within the cancellation policy requirements a full refund will be issued via bank account or credit card less the $50 cancellation fee.

 

Pets:
Well behaved pets are welcomed in the park but must be on a lead at all times. Pets are not permitted in Cabins.

PARK RULES & CONDITIONS

Alcohol – May be consumed responsibly and in moderation by adults on your site or BBQ areas.

Amenities – Children must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult at all times.  Please do not enter the amenity blocks when cleaning in progress.

Assembly Areas – In an emergency evacuation all patrons should consult the office and assemble at the front of the kiosk / office.  All cars to be moved to the grass area next to the park entrance, we will then advise if it is necessary to relocate to a nominated safe haven.

Arrival – You must check in on arrival – caravans please do not block the driveway to the left of office.

Boom Gates – Only one code per site – please do not share your code otherwise you may not be able to access entry or exit.

Behaviour – All guests have a right to the peaceful and quiet enjoyment of their site.  Excess noise, unruly behaviour, drunkenness or bad language is not tolerated in our park.  Quiet time:  10pm – 7am.

Bikes, Scooters etc – Helmets must be worn at all times and must be ridden at walking pace.  No riding after dark.

BBQ’s:  BBQ facilities provided by Management are for general community use by all guests.   It is expected that they are to be kept clean at all times after each use.

Clothes Lines – these are located outside the laundry and amenity block.  Please do not erect makeshift lines.

Camp fires –  All fires must be contained within a fire drum – there are to be no makeshift fire pits that sit on the ground or grass.  The area within 3 meters in all directions must be clear of all flammable material.  A person must be in attendance at all times while the fire is alight.  Fires must be properly extinguished at night.  There is to be no wood left on departure.  Total Fire Ban Days there is to be no fires or BBQ’s.   No camp fires if wind exceeds 10 km/h.  Ash to be placed in provided ash drums.  All fire drums must have a steel plate to place underneath them when on grass.

Children –  Parents are responsible for their children’s behaviour and safety throughout the park.  Children under school age are to be supervised by parents at toilets.

Garbage & Recycling –  Bins are located at the front of the park for the disposal of park garbage and recyclable material.  Please assist by wrapping up non-recyclable garbage prior to disposal.

Hygiene –  Please report any instances affecting hygiene to the office immediately.  Laundry is to be used for laundry only – there is to be no cleaning of dishes etc.  Babies disposable napkins must be deposited in bins provided and must be in a plastic bag before disposing.  There is to be no foreign objects or personal hygiene material placed in toilets.

Liability – Park Operators and Management are not liable to guests or third parties for any personal injury, loss or damage.  The principal occupant must be over 18 and is responsible for their children’s and visitors’ actions.  Guests must ensure that property and valuables are stored securely at all times.

Mats on Grass – There are to be no tarps used as ground coverings on grass and camp sites – only breathable mats can be used.

Pets – Pets must be on a leash at all times.  Please dispose of dog wastes, this is not to be placed in park bins without being in a bag.  Maximum of two dogs per site.   Please also read our dog policy so you fully understand the rules in relation to having your dog on holidays with you.

Speed Limit – Walking Pace Only

Smoking  – No smoking in any buildings or communal areas.

Vehicle Parking – Provision is made for only one vehicle per site only.  Additional and visitors’ vehicles are to be parked in the visitors’ car park.

Visitors – All visitors must report to office.
